If you're not enrolled yet, we welcome you to join and enjoy streamlined prescription access.
Your condition must be stable and reviewed by a doctor within the past 6 months.
This helps us ensure your treatment remains effective and safe.
If it has been longer than 6 months, a follow-up appointment may be required before we can issue a repeat prescription.
The medication must be clinically safe and appropriate to issue without a new consultation.
This means there should be no changes in your health or symptoms that require a reassessment.
Medications with potential side effects, controlled substances, or those requiring regular monitoring may still need a doctor's review.
